Our team has years of experience in the catering industry, and we have catered events of all sizes and types here in the high desert. From intimate dinner parties to large corporate events. We have the expertise and experience to handle any event with ease. We are listed on EZ Cater for Company Events and meal drop off. Food Truck available for catering services if requested.

Baked Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus and Salad

Menu features: Herb-Roasted Chicken served with Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Garlic-Butter Asparagus Spears, a Warm Bread Roll, and a Crisp Garden Salad dressed with house Vinaigrette.

Stuffed Ground Beef Bell Peppers, Wild Rice, Garden Salad and Bread Roll

Menu features savory Ground Beef and Wild Rice, paired with a vibrant stuffed Bell Pepper and a fresh Garden Salad with Seasonal greens. A tangy tomato glaze complements the pepper, wit's a warm Honey Roll.

Salisbury Steak, Baked Potato, Asparagus or Green Beans and Bread Roll

Menu features Salisbury Steak with Savory brown gravy, a Baked potato with butter and sour cream, your choice of Asparagus Spears or tender Green Beans, and a warm Bread Roll served with whipped butter.

Pulled Pork, Mashed Potatoes, Coleslaw, Bread, Mixed Veggies and Bread Roll
